Lake View Cemetery

This is the only Cemetery that the Town is selling lots to. $500 for a full burial plot, $400 for a cremation plot.

Location
The Lake View Cemetery is located on Watson Road near Hobbs Pond aka Little Pennesseewassee.

Directions from Downtown Norway

  1. Take Route 118/Lake Road/Waterford Road west to Watson Road.
  2. Just past Hobbs Pond, Turn Right on Watson road and continue approximately 1/2 mile.
  3. The Cemetery is located on the right (south) side of the road.

Memorial Section, the first row, is for cremations only. Two cremations can fit on one lot.

Rustfield Cemetery

Location
The Rustfield Cemetery is located on Greenleaf Avenue.

  1. From Main Street take Greenleaf Avenue, located next to the Norway Memorial Library.
  2. Rustfield Cemetery is on the left.

Norway Center Cemetery

Location
The Norway Center Cemetery is located on Norway Center Road.

  1. Take Hwy 118/Lake Road/Waterford Road.
  2. Turn right onto Greenwood Road
  3. Norway Center Road is on the left, go up the hill and take a right.
  4. Norway Center Cemetery is on the left.

Location
The Pikes Hill Cemetery is located on Pike Hill.

  1. Take a left off Main Street by Cafe Nomad onto Pike Hill.
  2. Pikes Hill Cemetery is located at the top of the hill on your left.

Shedd Cemetery

Location
The Shedd Cemetery, established circa 1818, is located on Shedd Road.

Location
The Chapel Cemetery, established circa 1850, is located on Dunn Road.

Location
The Merrill Cemetery, established circa 1819, is located on Shedd Road.

Location
The Hall Cemetery, established circa 1830, is located on Hemmingway Road.

  3. Take a left on Hemmingway Road.

Frost Hill Cemetery

Location
The Frost Hill Cemetery, established circa 1813, is located on Frost Hill Road.\ It is the only cemetery not located next to the road, it is a short walk into the woods on a right-of-way road.

  2. Take a left onto Harrison Road.
  3. Take a right onto Sodom Road.
  4. Take a left onto Frost Hill Road.
  5. you will see the sign for Frost Hill Cemetery on your right.
  6. Drive straight thru the private driveway onto a woods road.
  7. You can drive or walk to the Frost Hill Cemetery.

The Holt Cemetery, established circa 1850, is located on McKay Road.
