Emerson Road Culvert Replacement Project

UPDATE: Contractors will begin culvert preparation work on Emerson Road September 16th - September 20th. On Monday September 23rd, the roadway will be reduced to one lane vehicle traffic with flaggers during the daytime. Beginning at 8am on Tuesday September 24th THROUGH Wednesday September 25th the roadway will be completely INACCESSIBLE by car. Foot traffic over the culvert will be allowed during this time.
