Norway Water District Earns Safety and Health Award for Public Employers (SHAPE)

We are proud to announce that the Norway Water District has earned the Safety and Health Award for Public Employers (SHAPE) in recognition of its rigorous safety achievement program! SHAPE is a program set up by the Department of Labor to recognize public sector employers with an excellent safety and health program who strive to create a safe work environment for their employees. With this recognition, the Norway Water District has shown that they take safety precautions seriously and do all that they can to ensure that the employees are safe while performing their duties. The award brings the total number of SHAPE-certified work sites in Maine to 82.
